First Motion Poster of Kapil Sharma starrer Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 Unleashed; Film Promises ‘Double the Confusion, Four Times the Fun’ with Multi-Star Cast

Comedian-actor Kapil Sharma officially announced the release date for his much-awaited comedy sequel, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, confirming the film will hit theatres on December 12, 2025. The production houses, Venus Worldwide Entertainment and Abbas Mustan Film Production, marked the announcement by unveiling the first motion poster, which immediately set a hilarious tone for the marriage-of-errors plot.
The sequel, which follows the wildly successful 2015 original, promises a fresh dose of comedic chaos centred around Sharma’s character. The star himself shared the news, stating, “Get ready for double the confusion, and 4 times the fun! #KisKiskoPyaarKaroon2, laugh riot begins only In Cinemas on 12th December 2025.”
The newly released motion poster captures the film’s central comedic dilemma. It features Kapil Sharma, impeccably dressed as a groom, being carried on a doli (palanquin) not by men, but by four different brides, all dressed in distinct bridal attire. This visual joke hints at a “multicultural marital mess,” suggesting the sequel will push the boundaries of the original’s confusing love life.
His co-star Manjot Singh, who reprises his role as the bewildered friend, watches the spectacle in utter shock, perfectly summarizing the audience’s anticipated reaction.
Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 brings together an impressive ensemble cast to support Kapil Sharma’s return to the big screen. The film introduces four leading ladies who reportedly represent different cultural wedding styles in the poster, promising a complex web of romantic and cultural clashes.
The key cast members joining the confusion include Hira Warina, Tridha Choudhary, Parul Gulati, and Ayesha Khan.
Manjot Singh once again takes on a pivotal role, likely serving as Sharma’s confidante who must navigate the absurdity of his friend’s quadruple life. This blend of established names and rising stars ensures high audience interest and adds new dynamics to the sequel’s comedic potential.
The sequel sees a slight shift behind the camera while maintaining ties to the original creative team. Anukalp Goswami, who previously wrote the first film and worked extensively with Kapil Sharma on television shows, takes over the directorial reins for Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2.
The production team boasts industry veterans, with Ratan Jain and Ganesh Jain of Venus Worldwide Entertainment partnering with the legendary director-duo Abbas-Mustan under their Abbas Mustan Film Production banner. While Abbas-Mustan directed the 2015 original, their involvement now as producers ensures their signature style of thrilling and chaotic storytelling remains integral to the sequel’s DNA.
The film marks a significant big-screen outing for Kapil Sharma, whose 2015 debut with Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon achieved massive box-office success. Since then, his focus has largely remained on his highly-rated television comedy shows. Fans have eagerly awaited his return to the comedy film genre, a space where his unique brand of humour thrives.
With the first look now officially out and the festive December 2025 release date confirmed, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is positioned as a major family entertainer for the end-of-year holiday season. The team now moves into full promotion mode, ready to unleash the trailer and more details about this double dose of laughter and matrimonial chaos.
