In a shocking incident that has sent shockwaves through the music industry, popular Punjabi singer Karan Aujla was attacked by a fan with a shoe during his concert in London.
The attack occurred during the middle of Aujla’s performance when a fan managed to breach the security cordon and hurled a shoe at the singer. The shoe hit on Karan Aujla’s head, causing him to pause his performance momentarily. However, the singer quickly recovered his composure and continued with the show, though visibly upset by the incident.
Videos of the attack quickly went viral on social media, sparking widespread outrage and condemnation. Many fans expressed their shock and disbelief at the behaviour of the attacker, while others called for stricter security measures at concerts.
Karan Aujla, who is known for his popular songs like “Tauba Tauba,” “Khat,” and “Jatt Da,” has been a rising star in the Punjabi music scene. His concerts are often characterized by their energetic atmosphere and large crowds.
In a statement released after the incident, Aujla expressed his disappointment and sadness over the attack. He said, ” Unfortunately, such an incident occurred at my concert. I hope that the authorities will take necessary action against the perpetrator.”
The incident has also raised questions about the safety of artists during concerts. While security measures are typically in place at such events, it is clear that there is always a risk of unforeseen incidents.

Karan Aujla is set to embark on his maiden India tour this December. The much-anticipated tour will kick off in Chandigarh on December 7, followed by Bengaluru on December 13. The Delhi NCR region will have the opportunity to experience Johar’s unique blend of storytelling and entertainment on December 15 and 18. The tour will conclude with a grand finale in Mumbai on December 21.
